Since the foundation of the company in the year 1982 by Engelbert Dreiling, the Dreiling Maschinenbau GmbH has been specialized on the production of rationalizing tools, special purpose machines and plants.
Since 1998 we work according to the DIN ISO 9001. With the certification the internal processes have become more transparent and more comprehensible. This continuous process of improvement benefits the quality of our products.
In 2001 we moved to our current location in Geisleden. The new building with a production area with about 3000 m² was a huge improvement of the working conditions in all departments of our company. 10 years later the son of the founder, Sven Dreiling, took his seat in the company management and will so secure the future of our family-owned firm.
In our design and development department are working 11 engineers to solve your mechanical problems and are provided with the newest version of the 3D CAD software from SolidWorks. Furthermore are 3 workstations equipped with the SolidCAM software, which is used for the programming of our modern machine tools.
Our company also has an electro department, which is able to do all tasks on their own from the planning to the final assembly in the sector of the special purpose machines. The high quality standard of our mechanical manufacturing and the technical knowhow from the preproduction to the final assembly allows us to react quick and flexible to customer requests and to produce self-contained entire machines and plants.
In the over 25 years since the foundation our company has become a modern engineering company, which is able to design, manufacture, assembly and setting up machines with a self-developed control system. This has been confirmed again by the certification according to DIN EN 9100 in the April of 2014. This qualifies our company to manufacture and assembly the highly challenging parts of the aerospace industry.
