Aerospace

Since the certification according to DIN EN 9100 in April 2014 we are qualified to develop, manufacture and assemble parts and devices for the aerospace industry. This includes especially the production of high precision turning and milling parts. Our machining department is specialized on prototypes, unique parts and small series and can process alongside with every machinable metal even some plastics like POM or PTFE. According to the very high quality standards is a permanent labelling, tracebility and documentation throughout the production a natural part of our service. The same can be said for the final measurement at our 3D coördinate measurement machines.

The assembly of the parts will be done in our new build assembly hall for high precision devices like the rotor mast or the gearbox. To test these highly challenging assemblies, we will test them on our self-developed test station to guarantee their full functionality.

Because of the close collaboration with the edm aerotec GmbH we were able to proof our knowhow with the development of the ultralight sport aircraft. The Dreiling Maschinenbau GmbH is responsible for the production and assembly of the rotor mast and the gearbox for the coaxial engine of the CoAX.

Equipped with these experiences and abilities would we like to work on your production tasks.
